What is the ZeroHold Manufacturer Plan?
The Manufacturer Plan is a one-time ₹999 membership that allows garment makers, distributors, and suppliers to list and sell their products directly to verified retailers across India — without middlemen or marketing costs.
What happens after I purchase the ₹1999 plan?
After payment, your seller account will be activated instantly. You’ll get access to your dashboard where you can upload product details, manage orders, and track payments.
Can I set my own prices for products?
Yes. You control your product pricing, though ZeroHold’s verification ensures your prices remain competitive and fair to both you and the retailers.
When do I receive payments from retailer orders?
All payments are securely processed through our system. After the retailer’s 7-day QC period ends, your wallet is automatically updated with your final earnings.

Is payment safe? What about defects or delays?
Payments are processed securely via UPI/Razorpay/your chosen gateway. For protection:
Payments for an order are held for the 7-day return window.
If a product is reported defective, we handle the RMA (return/replace) process and coordinate with the manufacturer.
In case of shipment delay or lost goods, ZeroHold support intervenes to track, escalate, and resolve — you won’t be left without support.
What happens if garments don’t sell (ZeroHold no-loss policy)?
If an item remains unsold after the agreed period (usually 1 year), you can return it to ZeroHold under our no-loss policy. ZeroHold will collect the stock and either resell or refund according to the plan terms — your original cost is protected per the policy details on your dashboard.
How does delivery work? Door-to-door?
Yes — we provide door-to-door delivery. After you place an order, manufacturers ship to your store or specified address. You’ll get tracking details in your dashboard and SMS/WhatsApp updates until delivery is complete.
